Domestic Plumbing

I have used Plumbusters for years for servicing my boiler and some great small jobs. This time it was a new boiler moved up two flights of stairs. All work was neat and tidy, with some fantastic pipe work, like a work of art. Considering the effort to take up carpet and floorboards, there are no corners cut and the best job done, not the quickest job just to move on to the next customer. Even the outside plastering of the old outlet pipe was made to look like bricks! At the end there was a full walk through to make sure everything was working and 2 follow up checks. Great job.

Having only just moved into a new home, we were reliant upon recommendation by the previous owners. Plumbusters have been remarkably responsive and did an amazing job that turned out to be far more than first anticipated. We now have a swanky streamline vertical radiator in our ‘family room’ along with two extra radiators on two upstairs bedrooms. Faultlessly clean, Grant gets our vote today. Thanks to you all. Plumbusters has recently been responsible for the removal of my warm air duct heating unit and its replacement with the uptodate model of the same system and a new hot water cylinder. The project has not been straightforward, particularly because residual asbestos removal by a specialist company was required. At all times the Plumbusters team responded quickly and even worked at a weekend so that I had hot water more or less throughout and heating as soon as possible. Plumbusters’ team did everything possible to address and resolve technical issues arising from fitting a modern system in a 50year old house. Now that it is working well, I expect to continue with Plumbusters for an annual service contract.

Responded very quickly to our original enquiry, answered all our queries. Matt and his team and staff in the office were very friendly and efficient. Kept disruption to a minimum. Quality of work was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, willing to go extra mile. Would strongly recommend and we would use them again in the future.
